Privacy Policy
Effective 20 October 2026
Ultimate IPTV has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. We do not sell or share personal data.
Your sources, logins and viewing history stay on your devices and in your own iCloud. We never receive them.
The app sends a small number of anonymous usage events, and asks our server for sports data, movie details and artwork. This page lists each one.
This policy covers the Ultimate IPTV app for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac, and the website at ultimateiptv.app. “We” means the developer of Ultimate IPTV.
Data that stays with you
Your sources
The addresses, usernames and passwords of the playlists, providers and media servers you add are stored on your device. The app connects to those services directly. That traffic does not pass through us, and we cannot see what you watch.
iCloud sync
If iCloud is on, your sources, favorites, profiles, settings, reminders and recently watched list are saved in the private iCloud database of your Apple Account, so your other devices can use them. Apple stores this data under its own privacy policy. We have no access to it.
On-device features
Playback progress, downloads, the programme guide cache, reminders and notifications are created and kept on your device.
Data the app sends
Anonymous usage events
We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count a few events: the upgrade screen being shown, a purchase completing, a source being added, and the first time a video plays. For the Your Games feature we also count coarse steps such as a game being opened, how long the first picture took, and whether the app switched channel. These events use a scrambled identifier that cannot be traced back to you. They never include stream addresses, logins, source names or channel names.
Wrong-game reports
If a sports match opens on the wrong channel, you can send a report. The app shows you the full report before anything is sent. It includes the match name and the channel name you picked, but no addresses or logins. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send.
Our server
Features that need shared data use our server at ultimateiptv.app:
- Sports: fixtures and live scores for a date, and schedules for the public team IDs you follow.
- Movies and series: titles and IDs used to look up cast, ratings and related titles from TMDB. We pass the request on; TMDB never sees your device.
- Live Activities on iPhone: when you start a live score on the Lock Screen, Apple gives the app a push token for it, and the app sends that token and the match ID to our server so it can update the score. We delete the token when you end the activity, or shortly after the match finishes.
Like any web server, ours records the IP address, time and address of each request. We use these logs only to keep the service running and delete them after 14 days.
Images
Channel logos, team crests and posters load directly from where they are hosted: your provider, TheSportsDB, TMDB and our logo catalogue. Those hosts see your IP address when an image is requested.
Purchases
Ultimate IPTV Pro is sold through Apple. Apple handles payment, and we receive no payment or contact details.
The website
ultimateiptv.app uses no cookies, analytics or third-party resources. The web server keeps the same 14-day request logs described above.
Children
Ultimate IPTV is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
- Turn off iCloud for Ultimate IPTV in your device settings to keep your data on one device only.
- Delete the app to remove everything it stored on that device. Remove its iCloud data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
- Email us to ask about, or have deleted, anything held on our server that relates to you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
